Policies
Clear terms so you always know what you're paying for.
Cancellation
Monthly plans have no contract and can be canceled at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
If you cancel before design work on your website begins, your setup deposit is refunded in full. Once your site is live, setup fees are non-refundable. Monthly fees are not refunded for partial months.
Your website and domain
Your domain is registered in your business name. If you ever cancel, we'll help you move your website to another provider.
Privacy
We only use your business and customer information to run your website and booking assistant. We never sell your data. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
